Yoga Upside Down April
A small-group session where you can receive individualised guidance on your Hatha Yoga practice — it’s a chance to really understand how your body works in each shape, in a friendly group and with no pressure.
This workshop is your opportunity to learn new things, go and find ways of exploring the poses differently We’ll explore both new and familiar poses, look at how to build strength and flexibility for them, and help you make real progress in your practice. For those people who would like to practice balances and inversions, there’ll be time for that too.
There’s no pressure to do any pose that you don’t wish to, and no expectation of a magical handstand appearing in just these two hours. Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere with plenty of fun and plenty of learning.
We’ll also touch on the importance of breathwork and the wider context of yoga beyond the poses, offering a deeper understanding of your practice.
You’re very welcome to attend this workshop on its own, or ideally combine it with the 10am Saturday Hatha Yoga All Levels class beforehand. I do recommend booking a spot in the All Levels class at 10am to enjoy a good warm up.
If you love the idea but would prefer to learn privately, just drop me a message — 1-to-1 tuition is available.
Yoga Upside Down
I’m really excited about this one! I’ve created a small-group session where you can receive individualised guidance on key Hatha Yoga poses and practice — a chance to really understand how your body works in each shape.
In our usual weekly classes I guide and demonstrate, but there enough time to support everyone one-to-one. This workshop is your opportunity to go deeper. We’ll explore both new and familiar poses, look at how to build strength and flexibility for them, and help you make real progress in your practice.
We’ll play with classics such as balancing poses, forward folds and backbends that we do regularly and play with shoulderstand, crow and inversions. Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere with plenty of fun and plenty of learning.
If you love the idea but would prefer to learn privately, just drop me a message — 1-to-1 tuition is available.
